Scenario
War. War Never Changes. 200 years since the end of the Great War On October 23rd 2077 2 Major Factions steady themselves for war. The New California Republic (NCR) and Caesars Legion face off over the Hoover Dam preparing for an epic showdown to determine the fate of the Mojave Wasteland. Despite these major factions staring each other down, life goes on throughout the wasteland and other factions go about daily life. The Great Kahns provide plentiful drugs. The Brotherhood Of Steel has retreated to Hidden Valley to rebuild their forces. The Followers Of The Apocalypse, despite the bleak name, seek to provide medical care and education to everyone in the wasteland. Finally the shining jewel of the Mojave Wasteland New Vegas. Lead by Mr. House New Vegas is out to roll in the caps. The city is seen as a foundry to rebuild humanity and will do anything to see those goals met. Serving food, information and vice aplenty business marches on. Behind the scenes though Both Caesars Legion and The NCR have sent emissaries to sway these factions to aid them in the coming battle because War? War Never Changes…

Radio Restrictions
Radio Monitoring will NOT be allowed only transmitting on your own channel. Specific role play individuals will be allowed to monitor / transmit on other frequencies. They will know ahead of time

Hit Rules:
Once hit anyone can IMMEDIATELY apply a bandage to another player up to 2 bandages. After 2 bandages a 3 minute shock period is entered where you must sit and wait the full 3 minutes. After the shock period you need your bandages replenished. Your factions rules for bandage replenishment are linked here (Insert NCR and Legion Links)
Minor Factions and Side Quests
Props and objectives are live at game start. You may barter or use what you have found to gain favor with the minor factions to gain information. Event specific props given as a mission by minor factions will have SIGNIFICANTLY MORE WEIGHT in their decision to side with your faction or not. Factions will side with whichever faction has treated them the best and completed more of their side missions. It will be the minor factions CHOICE what side they chose to join at the end of the day so treat them well.
New Vegas
Complete quests given to gain information and goodies. If a side steals from or treats this faction badly the faction is less likely to help them. New Vegas is all about winning, and a winning side is a loyal side.
Boomers
The Boomers are an invulnerable group of isolationists based out of Nellis Air Force Base (Drum). They will meet any attack with explosives. However, If you persuade this faction to join you they will lob explosives at your enemies.
Followers Of The Apocalypse
Will wander around and help those in need. They can replenish bandages and heal ANYONE they chose instantly. Followers will remain neutral unless a faction treats them badly. The Followers with their advanced medical skills can heal themselves and do not bleed out thus should be considered invulnerable. May chose a side in the endgame or may remain neutral.
Brotherhood Of Steel (BOS)
The Western Chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel are located in their bunker at Hidden Valley (Campbell) have power armored troopers who are invulnerable to small arms for a short time
Great Kahns
Based out of Redrock Canyon (Gravesite) This faction provides Chems and muscle throughout the Mojave and completing their quests will earn their cooperation for your faction.
Mysterious Stranger
The Mysterious stranger will show up to lend a hand to whatever faction is in need in his travels. Wielding a fully loaded .44 Magnum 6 shots may make the difference between victory and defeat. Invulnerable to fire. He may bless you with aid of some sort or may take up arms against you as game balancing / mechanics require.
The Courier
Aussie has decided to replay New Vegas for the millionth time. Taking the role of The Courier. As the protagonist of this operation and game runner he will wander around and may render minor aid and direction to players and factions. Due to his use of console commands he is invulnerable. Keep this in mind when engaging with The Courier and he may bless you with aid of some sort or may take up arms against you as game balancing / mechanics require.
Role players Wearing Green armbands are INVULNERABLE. If you see them coming your way it's best to either be peaceful and negotiate or retreat from the area. Roleplayers may bless you with aid of some sort or may take up arms against you as game balancing / mechanics require.
Props are expensive and some are unique or hand made.
Please respect our props and do your best to make sure they are safe and returned in good order
ENDGAME
At the end of the day a new phase will be called with ~1 hour remaining in game. Factions will be recalled to their main bases (The Fort for Caesar's Legion and Camp McCarran for the NCR) for an inspirational speech. The minor factions will pick the side that has gained their allegiance and will join that faction for the final battle. At this point the main bases (The Fort for Caesar's Legion and Camp McCarran for the NCR) will be opened for attack and whichever side holds both main bases at the end of the day wins.
In the ending phase once the minor factions have picked a side The New Vegas faction, The Followers and The Great Kahns will follow normal player hit rules and can be bandaged. The Boomers are considered invulnerable and can toss frag grenades simulating artillery or use approved BB shower grenade launchers at any NON STRUCTURE. The Brotherhood of Steel can activate brief bursts of invulnerability to help with certain objectives before pulling back. https://www.facebook.com/Jason8648/
