The New California Republic (NCR) and Caesars Legion face off over the Hoover Dam preparing for an epic showdown to determine the fate of the Mojave Wasteland. Despite these major factions staring each other down, life goes on throughout the wasteland and other factions go about daily life. The Great Kahns provide plentiful drugs. The Brotherhood Of Steel has retreated to Hidden Valley to rebuild their forces. The Followers Of The Apocalypse, despite the bleak name, seek to provide medical care and education to everyone in the wasteland. Finally the shining jewel of the Mojave Wasteland New Vegas. Lead by Mr. House New Vegas is out to roll in the caps. The city is seen as a foundry to rebuild humanity and will do anything to see those goals met. Serving food, information and vice aplenty business marches on. Behind the scenes though Both Caesars Legion and The NCR have sent emissaries to sway these factions to aid them in the coming battle because War? War Never Changes…
